Terms of Service and Community Rules
1. General Terms of Purchase and Use
These Terms of Service apply to all products and services provided, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
1.1 Products will be delivered only after full payment confirmation.
1.2 Depending on the selected payment method, processing or transaction fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
1.3 By purchasing any product, you agree not to disclose, share, resell, redistribute, or make available any purchased files, products, or confidential information to third parties.
1.4 Unauthorized modification, redistribution, resale, or sharing of any product will result in immediate termination of access to the product and all related support, without refund.
1.5 Technical support for bug fixes is not provided on a 24/7 basis and is handled exclusively through the official ticket system.
1.6 No guaranteed response or resolution time is provided for support requests or bug fixes.
1.7 Support is not provided for modifications involving third-party clothing, vehicles, or external assets not developed or sold by us.
1.8 Violation of any rule or term stated herein may result in permanent loss of access to the product, service, and support, without refund.
2. Payments, Refunds, and Authentication
2.1 All products include authentication and purchase verification mechanisms to prevent unauthorized use.
2.2 By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that using the product on a different machine, server, or environment than the one originally authorized may result in loss of access, without any right to refund.
2.3 Due to the digital nature of the products, no refunds are offered in cases of cancellation, regret, or misuse.
2.4 Once a product has been delivered or access has been granted, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
2.5 After delivery, if the product is confirmed to be functioning as requested, we are not responsible for any issues caused by user-side modifications, edits, or file alterations.
3. Clothing and Vehicle Textures
Category-Specific Terms. The terms in this section apply exclusively to clothing items and vehicle textures.
3.1 Additional charges may apply if the buyer or a representative requests changes, additions, or alterations beyond the original scope of the purchase.
3.2 Custom projects will only begin after confirmation of a minimum payment of 50% of the total agreed amount.
3.3 Delivery time for ready-made products is up to 24 hours. Custom orders may require 2 to 10 business days, depending on the level of customization requested.
3.4 Products will only be delivered after payment confirmation.
3.5 The buyer agrees not to distribute, disclose, or share clothing items or vehicle textures in any form, whether free or paid.
4. Tebex Purchases
4.1 Purchases completed through Tebex are delivered automatically and immediately after payment confirmation, except for custom-made products.
4.2 Custom-made products purchased through Tebex will follow the delivery timelines defined in section 3.
5. Discord Community Rules
These rules apply to all members of our Discord community.
5.1 Flooding, spamming, or excessive and unnecessary mentions of users or roles are not permitted.
5.2 Members must respect channel categories and topics. Posting links without prior authorization from a moderator or administrator is prohibited.
5.3 Posting pornographic material, malware, malicious links, or any content considered offensive, illegal, or harmful is strictly prohibited.
5.4 Any behavior that disrupts communication in voice channels, including shouting, microphone abuse, or playing loud music, may result in disciplinary action.
5.5 Discussions intended to provoke conflicts, arguments, or hostility are not permitted.
5.6 All members must be treated with respect, regardless of ethnicity, race, religion, or sexual orientation. Hate speech, harassment, discriminatory language, or any form of abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
